I recently purchased a Yaesu FT-1000 MP Field tranceiver from Ed WA8ULB and it was to say the least a terrific experience. Ed did a really great job of packaging the radio for its long journey to California. He was informative and a pleasure to talk to on the phone. He communicated with me the whole time the rig was in transport. The tranceiver arrived in perfect condition and in the condition he described (new).
