DONALD A. BLAIR KD0GHS IS A BAD PERSON TO DEAL WITH .
I TRADED HIM AN IC 706 RIG FOR AN AMP HE HAD ADVERTISED ON QTH.COM , HE SAID HE HAD JUST GOTTEN IT BACK FROM AMERITRON , I SENT THE RADIO TO HIM AS SOON AS WE AGREED TO TRADE, THIS WAS DECEMBER OF 2010 , TODAY IS MARCH 13 2011 , HE TOOK ABOUT 2 WEEKS TO SEND THE AMP TO ME, WHEN IT ARRIVED THE FINALS WERE BAD AND FRONT PANEL NUMBERS WERE WORN AWAY FROM THE BAND SWITCH . ALL HE TOLD ME WAS THAT IT HAD SOME SCRATCHES ON THE FRONT PANEL , I CALLED AMERITRON TO SEE IF THEY WOULD MAKE GOOD ON THE REPAIR WARRANTY , AND AMERITORN SAID THEY HAD NO RECORD OF DONALD A BLAIR OR THIS AMP , SO HE LIED ABOUT THE WHOLE DEAL .
I SENT HIM THE AMP BACK , AND I CALLED AND TOLD HIM I WANTED MY RADIO BACK , HE TOLD ME HE HAD SOLD IT .
HE OWES ME MONEY AND WON'T PAY IT .HE DID PAY PART OF IT SINCE I TOLD HIM HE WAS GUILTY OF MAIL FRAUD . BUT HE WON'T PAY ME THE REST OF THE MONEY .
STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY .
