NOS R4B cap can, paypal advised e-mail address not registered, Mr Senter confirmed, sending 2nd e-mail when again paypal advised not listed. Payment cleared Feb 8. Feb 12, still unclaimed, contacted same e-mail address, advised since he had not received payment, or message, had sold to another buyer.
Paypal Unique id Transaction # 00R417599P5387728
Even included 5% extra for paypal fee on this.
Won't be out $$, eventually, but Mr Senter claim no contact or money sent not credible. I guess it was just EASIER for him?? No contact back to me, either
Can't find a feedback listing for him, so guess this is a start....Class A...act!

Typo?
Why did you proceed after PayPal advised the email address was not confirmed?
In the future, should this happen again, you can ask the seller to send you an invoice via PayPal. All he needs to do this is to have your working email address. You would receive an online invoice which can be paid immediately using your own PayPal account.
Glad it came out OK, money wise.
