I purchased an item from Terry/KG4CDL a few weeks ago.
It is something i wanted for awhile.
The item was packed very well, shipped promptly and in very good condition.
I simply could not get it to work as expected.
Terry and i exchanged several emails.
He was supportive, gave a few ideas and was patient throughout.
No doubt i was doing something wrong with the wiring or settings.
Just couldn't figure it out.
I asked him to accept the item for a refund.
He said yes without any fuss.
This really impresses me and is the Ham Spirit we all expect
in this Hobby.
I apologize for the inconvenience to Terry but would NOT hesitate
to do business with him again (if he wants to) or recommend him
to others.
