Recently I had attempted to contact WX5TMC to purchase a FT857 he had listed. A search in the forums will show the results.
It made me remember the good transaction I had with Al, K9XR in Aug 2009.
I do prefer to puchase things localy, but made an exception here for the FT2000.
I won't go into the details of the transaction, they are listed in another post.
Its been over a year now and I have been very happy with the radio and have no complaints. The whole process went smooth.
