Greg Potter, KB3FWI, sent me a check for $230 for a 3-1000Z, shipping and insurance. Five weeks ago the check was returned for insufficient funds. He has subsequently failed to send a cashier's check for the outstanding amount or return the tube. If he has had a family emergency or some other reason for not returning my calls or making restution I would like to hear it.
