Beware of N3IGO
I posted a “beware” notice regarding James Igoe, (N3IGO), on May 17, 2009 regarding his default in a transaction involving a Dell 1501 laptop and two of my Yaesu dual band mobiles.
I previously listed this situation on the QTH Feed Back Forum, and have not heard from N3IGO since the radios were received by him in January of 2009. My next action will be to obtain an order of execution by the sheriffs department in his county of situate.
The reason for this posting is that he is again appearing on another amateur site with an inane excuse. On June 25, 2010 he listed a reply, which apparently addressed my situation with him, stating he lost the information on the transaction, but now has it and will contact me to resolve the matter. Also, that he did not receive my radios, although I have UPS confirmation of delivery and that he had shipped the laptop to me.
I have attached a link to his comments.
