If this site was to have licence registrations to enter the site, would that help eliminate "Spammers" and also a lot of "Ripoffs"

The spammer would fake the registration just like they fake almost everything else. I do not believe it would phase them one bit.

The only way to stop a spammer from picking up your email address and using it to send you spam is to deny him access to your email address.

So... DON'T INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN YOUR AD!
