Beware Sellers of KE2MT Michael Millazzo FAKE CALL

Post by Ritchi »

I KF2GG advertised a Yaesu 757 and desk mic in perfect working condition and sold it to Michael Millazzo from Astoria, NY. He gave me a false call which I later found out and he is advertising items under that call.

He received it and sent several harrassing emails before I even got a chance to discuss it with him. He claimed the radio did not turn on! When I finally was able to reach him by phone, I tried to talk him through hooking it up and still would not go on. So I told him to ship it back for a refund.

Well, the radio arrived back and was working as perfectly as originally stated by me. I called him and told him and he became outraged and did not want it back. I told him no problem, he will get his money minus my shipping and mic that he kept. Obviously he had buyers remorse. Just wish he could have been honest up front about it.

Long story short, this individual is not trustworthy and I even have emails where he suggests he damage the box to make it a UPS claim. Sorry, FRAUD, I do NOT do.

A bank check is in the mail to him today for the balance due him.
