I bought a radio that Jim had posted on Swap.QTH.com. From the start, he was polite and easy to work with. We swapped 1 email then went to phones. He let me know when payment was received, made sure of how I prefered shipping, let me know when it shipped, and followed up with a tracking number, He took his side of the transaction very seriously. The ad said "as new" condition and IT WAS. Not even a speck of dust. All functions were same as new(I have a second one to compare it to). Doubled bubble wrapped, then double boxed. Jim was a pleasure to do business with and I wish him the best of luck!
