Repeater Map Link

Just what it says -- this is the place for any discussions not related to Buying, Selling and Trading ham gear. The discussion must be related to Ham Radio.

Repeater Map Link

Post by KC8JRE »

One evening while browsing the internet I found a Google Map (I think it was Google) that showed locations of Amateur Radio Repeaters. The locations were depicted by what looked upside down water drops. You would pick the state or zip code and the repeaters locations would appear. You had the ability to zoom in or out. You could zoom out and see repeaters in a 50 or 60 mile area if you desired. However, I cannot find that link now. I have looked until I am "blue in the face". I cannot find it now and have looked for several days. Does anyone know the link to get this information? I sure would appreciate getting this link and will bookmark it when I find it. Thanks. 73s. I FINALLY FOUND IT. For those of you that are interested, you can go to http://www.usrepeaters.com/maps/index.php then enter in you zip code, distance you want to scan or map, and the band. This is a nice link to use, especially if you are going to travel. 73s. John KC8JRE ... ciao
