K9UZZ - Herbie ran an ad for a Yaesu Quick Charge for the FT-530. I made phone contact - we agreed on price and shipping. I had to go out of town and when I returned, there was a certified letter from Herbie. He could not deliver as we agreed - he explained to me why he could not - it was acceptable to me with no problem.
Enclosed also was a M.O. for not only the price and shipping cost but he also reimbursed me for my cost to send it Certified to him in the first place. Not big bucks but in this case it was his thoughtfulness that needs to be noted. He didn't have to do anything extra above and beyond - but he did !
