HR-1680 companion ?

I have a Heathkit HR-1680 Receiver which is an absolute joy to listen to. I would like to mate it up with a suitable Transmitter.
Did Heathkit at the time make a companion to go with this receiver?
I haven't seen a Heatkit Catalog for so long, I just can't remember.
I am mostly interested in working the 40 and 20m bands, so it does not necessarily have to be an all-band Transmitter.
Any ideas, suggestions ??
