SCAM by Larry King K7LJK imposter

Post by N4JRR »

Someone is posting a scam using the credentials of Larry J King K7LJK. He responded to a WTB for a radio I was seeking, claiming that he had one. He sent photos of one that I later found he had copied from another website. He requested payment by paypal. I tried 3 different email addresses he sent me to make payment. All three were stopped by paypal and flagged as fraudulent. The emails he used were [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]. I spoke to him on the phone at 940-859-0058. He claimed that it was a cellular number but it was actually VoIP which is untraceable. The name on the last email he gave me was Chukwudimma C Ogwu and his accent sounds very much like the ethnic group associated with that name. His voice also sounded like another scammer I spoke to at (341) 529-0234 who claimed to be Ed Zayco AB6DD, which was probably a hijacked ID.
