On February 15th., 2006, U.P.S. reports leaving my boxed TS-450S/AT on the doorstep of INTL RADIO in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Their website is hosted by QTH.Com, their telephone number is 772 - 489 - 6302 VOICE, 772 - 466 - 0248 FAX, their e-mail, <<INTLRADIO>>
They have been sent letters, faxes, e-mails and telephone calls. Up to the middle of February there was a voice recording that said that the next time calls were being taken were February 16th.
Now, no answering machine, no e-mail replies, no fax responses. I e-mailed KA9FOX, whose callsign is on the Intl Radio website, asking his assistance to find out if anyone is still there.
Does anyone in the forum have better information? Are they ill or in trouble somehow?

A reply was received today from International Radio Service Division:
Hi Hal,
Thank you for sending your radio for repair. We were closed from the 7th through the 23rd of this month, so that is why we are delayed in replying to your e-mail, but we did have someone come by each day to receive incoming packages, so your radio was taken inside right away, but not processed by our receiving department until yesterday. I will be examining the radio shortly and get back to you.

Letter to IRSD
Dear Mr. Thomas,
Yesterday, after not being able to get any response
from International Radio Service Division from
13 February through yesterday, 28 February,
one of the members of the reflector net volunteered to
travel to your home and see if the address was valid,
if it was a business and if the building seemed occupied.
The reason for this is that my radio is said to arrive,
but U.P.S. failed to get a signature for it's delivery,
saying in their delivery report that it was
just left on a doorstep.
My friend found no one at your address, and left a note
on the door, asking you to please contact me.
Yesterday, the one day your answering machine stated
calls would be fielded, your number was dialed
repeatedly from 1415 through 1710, only to be
presented with a busy signal. With the auto-redial
feature utilized, I believe over fifty attempts were
made.
Other than yesterday's e-mail from you, I have no
actual confirmation that there is someone at your
address, nor have I any verification my radio is
actually there.
To this end, I have contacted the U.P.S. Store
here in Greenville in preparation for filing a
Loss Claim.
Would you please let me know the status
of your business and of my radio if it actually
arrived?
