Anyone know a Rodric Leger K1RQS

This guy is a scammer using this amateur callsign. Checked his IP and location is Portugal. BEWARE.

I also have a problem with K1RQS...bought a radio and it never shipped...both bank and law enforcment have been notified. BEWARE
