Just wanted to say a big thank you to Ray N5IZ for probably one of the most difficult transactions I've had - not due to Ray but mother nature!
Bought an FT991 from Ray - sorted payment and Ray sent out promptly.
First we got caught up in snow storms in the south which delayed the delivery to Portland OR. what made it difficult is the shipping co. didn't tell us it was delayed - the box just sat not moving for a week!
Ray was great chasing them and tracking the box to delivery - so big thumbs up!
Not Ray's problem but leaving OR we got stuck again on the way to New Zealand!
No worries - even our local transport is slow due to quake damage in NZ!
The radio was sold as mint and it was just that - perfect! like buying new!
Nice job Ray - much appreciated - a fine gent and you can buy in confidence he will do his best to make sure your happy
