Mr.Ray advertised a antenna analyzer so I emailed him that if the unit had no issues I would take it. He emailed back
that were no problems with the unit and gave a PayPal address (with instruction to add 3.5%) to make payment which I did. The total came to $77.55 for a $75 purchase. Within hours he messaged me that the unit had sold and I would receive a refund. When only $75 arrived in my PP account I messaged him that he still owes me the PayPal charge in refund since it was him that broke the deal not me. He refused and is now threatening to "hunt me down". It's only $2.55 but surely he can pay to make us square again, since he broke the deal.

Number 2..You got your money back in full, once I went the extra mile and contacted PayPal on your behalf!!
