Bob purchased an item from me before Christmas. His payment arrived on time and he is a real gentleman. After some inspection, Bob and I decided the item did not meet his expectations and we agreed to a return and refund. He packed it securely and returned it promptly. Bob even reimbursed me in excess of my original shipping expense. We really "out-niced" each other on this deal and I am grateful to have dealt with such an honest and straightforward guy.
