700 foot tower

The Coast Guard has decommissioned the loran station near my location. At the location there is a 700 foot top loaded vertical sitting in the center of a 1/4 mile raldial field. Everything is there, building, tower, generators, colmmerical electrical, phone lines etc. This would make one awesome remote operating station. I don't know if the government will sell the station?? You can view it by going to google (loran station at Boise City) Anyone intrested?
