I sold a Kenwood TS-930 station to Alex a few months ago. He paid via PayPal and requested I ship USPS Priority Mail International and Express Mail International. I kept in touch with him via email through the entire process and had no problems, whatsoever. Given the amount of time it takes to ship something to Russia, I'd say he is also a very patient fellow! ;^)
