Need Info TI-3000 HF SSB Marine Radio

Anybody have any idea where I could find a print and/or service manual on this radio? It is a synthesized marine radiotelephone made in the early 80's by Texas Instruments' now defunct military/communications division. Please let me know if you have any leads. Yes, I have tried TI with no luck.
