Purchased two 3-500z tubes on 12/19/2006. They were sent promptly on 12/20/2006. One tube performed as described. The other tube arrived with the filament rolling around the inside. Mike has ignored my emails asking if they were insured. Filed a complaint with PayPal but it didn't meet their criteria. Mike asked for me to return the broken tube and he would see what he could do. Here is a copy of his email through PayPal....I haven't heard anything more from him and he refuses to acknowledge any emails. Yes I have Hi-Resolution photos of the tube I returned to him.
Buyer beware especially if the item isn't as advertised, arrives damaged or payment is via Money Order or some other method of payment that leaves you no recourse.

Brad, In one of your many emails, you thought I was out of town for the holidays. You should have kept that thought. I just returned today. It's kinda hard to believe that happened to the tube. I never heard of that happening before. Was the box damaged ? Send me the tube and all packaging it was sent with and I will see what I can do. Mike

You sent "Good Money". The seller has the responsibility to send you "Good Items". His answer should have been "I will refund your money and I will deal with the claim". His answer of "send it back I will see what I can do" is dishonest ! Unfortunately you tied into a dishonest ham. Keep this post up front for all the hams to see. Add something daily until the dishonest disreputable seller makes this right!

W3SKY Michael Kelly Update
I'm thankful to report that a replacement tube arrived viia United States Postal service today (02/02/2007) from Mr. Kelly. I've not had a chance to test the tube other than for shorts and in that regard it's fine.
