my 746 croaked several week back and i searched for a reasonable repair shop to fix it for me.i was told about a guy named paul hansen w6xa in anderson s.c.seems as though he is icoms sercice center for the south east.i just want every one to know this guy is a straight shooter and very reasonable for his services.if you need any icom service i would strongly recommend that you check him out.he is a very fair man to deal with. he will have all my business from now on.if you want to contact him his email is

I also have had Paul work on a number of radios for me. I have always been very pleased with the repairs and the price that Paul does. If you ever need some one to work on Icom, Yaesu and Kenwood radios he is the man to talk to.
