Icom 706, Als 600 and PK 232

Hi All, I am trying for the life of me to figure out how to interface
the Icom 706 MK II G with the ALS 600S AND the AEA PK 232. I got the
ARB 704 with the Ameritron amp which is the keying circuit, but it has
>the connector that plugs into the 13 pin din connector on the back of
>my 706. I would like to be able to run RTTY and all the other digital
>modes while using the amp. So far communications with Time Wave,
