I responded to an ad by Sam Gordon AF4NN for a used Compaq laptop he had for sale. He quickly answered all my questions, but the most impressive thing was the shipping. I paid him on a Sunday night (via PayPal) and Monday morning he shipped the item and sent me the Tracking Number. And the laptop arrived on Wednesday afternoon, in perfect shape. He paid for professional packing at the UPS Store, and even sprung for the insurance himself (I offered to pay for it, but he took care of it).
The only complaint I have, and it is minor, is that the laptop and bag smells of smoke. I'm a non-smoker and dislike cigarette smoke. It isn't that strong and I'm OK with it, but I did suggest to Sam that in the future he should fully disclose that equipment is coming from a smoker. I will wager that he is a smoker himself and that he just doesn't realize that it smells. Again, this is minor and I'm sure he has learned his lesson on that, so enough said.
The bottom line is I would buy from Sam AF4NN again in a heartbeat! Thank you Sam for a great deal, and a great value!!
