Out Of Business??? International Radio Service Division

I'm worried because I sent them my radio for repair some time ago, and for the last two weeks I've been trying to get in touch with someone there both by phone and by email with no reply of any kind.

I know they may be busy, but I would at least expect a quick email reply just to let me know my radio arrived safely.

Today I tried calling again and I can't even get voice mail.

Does anyone know if they're out of business or what's up?

Well, I got an email from them today, so I guess they're still around.
