ICOM AH-4 tuner vs. Kenwood TS-50

ICOM AH-4 tuner vs. Kenwood TS-50

Has anybody tried adapting a Icom AH-4 tuner to a Kenwood TS-50 (or other) radio? The TS-50 is designed to work with Kenwood's AT-300 auto tuner and it seems to me the Icom should work OK with it. Any info would be appreciated.
