First time I bought anything from a non-ham on qth.com, but Troy Riedel a SWL had a Wonder Wand windbander that I wanted. We e-mailed and then talked on the phone, I payed for the item with in an hour of paying I had a tracking number and two days later I'm using the item. It was received in excellent condition, great packing and super fast shipping.
