I have a good guy recommendation for the community.
The man's name is Dale Jirschele, callsign kk9d. I just received (12/19) a tuner from him that I purchased on the 15th. It is exactly as described, only better! He knows how to package items, if this is an example of his work, and he ships very quickly, the same day I paid.
I highly recommend him as a trading partner. He's a good one in my book!
