I want to commend Will Jahr, K9VQA DBA Audiotronics, for excellent products and remarkable customer service. After seeing his advertisement for Polyester Rope on QTH.COM, I placed an order for 1000 feet of 3/16 inch rope. The package was mis-handled in shipping, and it arrived with a broken spool. This allowed the rope to slip off the spool which resulted in a messy knot that took me an hour to untangle. I informed Will of the problem with the spool, and I also informed him that I was able to untangle the knot and use the rope which met my needs exactly. Will offered to send me a free 200 foot spool plus he offered me a discount on my next order. SInce I am in the midst of repairing and replacing my low band antennas, I did indeed place another order.
I am very impressed by Will's professionalism and courtesy. Customer relations are clearly important to Will, and I expect that he will be making customers satisfied for a long time to come. I am a very satisfied customer.
