I recently purchased a nearly new transceiver from Roger. He accurately answered all questions and promptly shipped the unit appropriately packed in original boxes. He furnished tracking numbers and remained in touch with me via email and phone until the unit arrived and gave me setup tips as well. All said and done it was a satisfying experience.
