WP3C, Alfredo in Puerto Rico, had posted and sold me a Yaesu Ft-900 thru this site. He had posted a video of the radio working in the CW mode. Well, that's all it works in! I sent the radio to Cal, at Hamrepair.com hoping possibly a simple fix. Unfortunately the radio is "un-repairable". Problem in the "analog to digital conversion circuitry". Alfredo tried "not to take it back", but luckily PayPal Resolution Center came thru for me. I got back what I had paid for the radio ($570), but lost $120 in shipping and for the radio to be looked at by Cal.
Beware WP3C!
