K9DTC- Dan

Post by W3FAE »

The item I purchased from Dan was very accurately represented in his ad. He shipped without delay following receipt of funds and his communications throughout the transaction was exceptional. I would not hesitate to deal with Dan again. Mike- W3FAE

I purchased an SB-200 from Dan and while he was very patient waiting for my payment, when I received the amp. it was not as represented. I asked him about it and he alleged that he had been using the amp for the past 6 months. I found loose ac input wires inside he chassis, e.g., the amp was unable to be put into service on 220vac, missing terminal strip for the incoming ac power line, and an alc output that had been severed and was inoperative. These are only the items I found upon my first and very brief review under the chassis. I'm glad everyone else had good experience buying from Dan, but this experience as NOT good. It's going to take a considerable about of time and work to put this amp into useable and operable condition.
