Just wanted to stop by and add to the list of compliments for Chuck; I bought an IC-7200 from him and couldn't be happier. He offered it at a great price because there's no output on 160, 12 or 10M... since this is usually a matter of dirty/bad relays in the LPF (all other bands are full output), I figure it should be a simple/cheap fix. Of course, it also helps that I have no antennas for 160M, and just don't bother with 10 & 12, so for my preferred bands (15, 20, 40M) it's working just fine. For now, she's perfectly usable on my desk until the replacement parts arrive. The radio looks brand new (no scratches or scuffs that I could find), and it was well packaged and shipped fast. This is my second excellent experience with him, and the next time he offers something that interests me, I won't think twice about pulling the trigger.
