I recently purchased an antenna tuner MFJ-989C from Dave. The package arrived 2 day USPS Priority mail, was packaged nicely in a big box, bubble wrap and foam peanuts. The tuner was exactly as Dave described in our correspondences prior to the purchase. I was a bit hesitant originally because Dave uses a P.O. Box and not a street address. But he gave his phone # when asked and there were no negatives in the transaction. So the only thing getting "tuned" up are the radio waves.
