I am new to amateur radio and I recently learned about the QTH website while watching a you tube video of a person reviewing a portable radio I was interested in. I check the classified section and found that Matt (KC5NOI) was the radio I was looking for. I am very cautious when it comes to purchasing items online, especially things like radios. I contacted Matt and asked about the radio (Yaesu VX-7R). Matt was very helpful and provided a lit of information. He was very responsive to e-mail and really made me feel comfortable making this purchase. During the process he communicated when he received payment, and shipped out the equipment the very next morning. He followed up after shipping to make sure I received everything. He even e-mailed me a couple of days later to see how I was enjoying my new radio. Not only did Matt make my purchasing experience on QTH a pleasurable one, I feel like I made a new friend too. I highly recommend Matt as a great guy to deal with!!1
