My call sign has been hijacked by someone and he is using it to post ads and contact hams for their wants.
He apparently is in Nevada.
He even created an e-mail using my first name and call at g-mail.com
How can we deal with this low life?

A false KE3OQ did also propose me a 9cm DEMI transverter and did never respect his proposal --> 215 USD gathered via Paypal, transverter never sent and now no other news via eMail from him --> thanks to his really great ham spirit 
--> every answer from him is only built with less than 5 words (far less than a CW report) and his mail is beginning with Michael and then, adding this scammed call so take a real attention to this thief ?
On the side the eBay item Number 281432817428 is corresponding exactly to what I want to buy, but is only restricted inside USA : no question and no bidding is possible for me to the seller, because beeing outside USA
--> so would it be possible to contact him for me or to give me his coordinates (but pse only direct answer to my eMail)
