There is someone posing as this person Robert C Cullins, and this was the call he gave along with an address that shows up as a repeat offender in the scamming world. I was approached for a wanted to buy item. I sent the USPS money order certified mail and it was never collected. I chased the PO to get it back to me once I learned I was being taken. The address in question:
