I just completed a transaction with Mr. Navaroli.
I purchased two Yaesu 6 HT's. I had small problems with their operation and programing. Whether it was a problem with the radios, or, more likely, my own lack of experience with these units, I was unable to use them.
When I advised Mr. Navaroli of my problems he immediately advised me to return them, for a refund, if I was not satisfied. His cooperation in this transaction was impeccable. After I returned the radios, he was very prompt at refunding my payment to PayPal. Despite the trouble, he remained vigilant and solved the problem in a timely manner. Mr. Navaroli's communications and cooperation are a credit to this forum.
Sometimes, an honest man is hard to find, but definitely worth the search.
