Johnson Viking Navigator

Post by KD5S »

Just toying with the idea of selling my Johnson Viking Navigator. Am familiar with the online price guides for used equipment but wanted some more "recent" estimates. Except for eBay, where it would probably go for eleventeen bazillion dollars, what would be a reasonable asking price? Excellent front panel, cabinet needs usual touchup or overspray. VFO drive recently taken out, cleaned, lubed and works smooth. Fully functional. What say, guys :?:

A Navigator, in good but not mint condition, sold on eBay this week for $790. It was the first one I've seen on eBay in over a year. eBay is likely the best place to sell a vintage transmitter like the Navigator. I'd love to have one again, but not at today's prices. I don't think I'd let a good one go for less than $600.
