KB9R - GREAT Seller and super packer!
I received the ATR-15 tuner today. I've never seen anything packed like this before, more secure than Ft. Knox! The tuner is exactly as Joe described including the small blemish on the case that Joe documented to me with photography. I hooked the tuner up, tuned up and made three contacts immediately. It works like new and is a 10 functionally and 9 cosmetically. Got anything else to sell, Joe? I'm glad to buy from you anytime. Thanks; Alan, KD8QNC
