Dealing with Joe N2GBT? Then rest easy, no worries!

Post by WB2VEN »

I recently completed a transaction with Joe N2GBT for a lightly used 817ND. The radio was as he described, and I have been happily using it. Upon noticing a missing item that was supposed to have been originally supplied with the radio (which was listed as 'complete'), I asked Joe about it. He went out of his way to rectify the situation and make it right. No excuses or dancing around the issue. An honest, stand-up ham and a pleasure to do business with.

Thanks Joe!
