just wanted to share a recent experience I had with Edgar WP3BC Recently I bought a FT-990 from him here on QTH. The radio arrived at my qth via UPS upon unpacking and setting up the rig I found it did not work properly. There were some issues with the rx. I contacted Edgar immediately and he said to ship the radio back and he would send me another(he had a few of them)or I could file a claim w/UPS. I told him I would rather have a working radio than a refund, so I sent it back and he sent me another one which I received today in 100% working order. I only wish more people were as willing to work with their buyers to make good on a sale. I will not hesitate to do business with him again. I will recommend buying from Edgar 100%.This is a very honest man and hard to come by these days.
