Bad experence with W2SL
On Feb 7, 2011 I purchased a Yaesu FH-2 keypad from Wayne Rattz W2SL. I sent payment ($65) by USPS Money Order. Payment was sent on the 4th and Wayne confirmed receipt of payment on the 16th (12 days later?) and said he would ship the next day. On Feb 23 I had not received the item and sent Wayne another e-mail. He replied he had shipped it in a yellow packing envelope, give it 2 more days and let him know if received. Still nothing on the 26th so Wayne e-mailed he would just refund my money. March 3 and still no package, Wayne said he would send the refund on March 4. To date (March 16) I have not received the item or a refund. Wayne does not answer e-mails at all on the matter. I am simply stating what I've gone through. All e-mails are documented and I've filed a complaint with the U.S. Postal Service.[/b]
