Several recent transactions, both purchasing and selling, with Lou Laderman, W0FK, have been very pleasurable. Lou even took care of an item that arrived with shipping damage by no fault of his in an extremely professional manner, and I can't say enough in how he went above and beyond in making sure that I was pleased and that the situation was taken care of to my satisfaction.
Lou purchased multiple high end items from me and payment was extremely prompt, and communications were great. I wish all of my online dealings went as well as with Lou.
I recommend this gentleman as being very trustworthy and easy to work with.
