Hello all. I have reviewed Mr. Ostrick's comments are here is my reply:
Mr. Ostrick posted the same comment to pay pal and here is a cut and paste from this transaction...
"10/9/2009 14:02 PDT - PayPal: Seller escalated this dispute to a Claim.
10/9/2009 14:02 PDT - Seller: The SysteMax computer was 100% in perfect operation when it was shipped. The video card cost was $149 and the total cost for this computer to Lester was $155.I also suggested that Lester review all connections to ensure they are in the correct port locations i.e correct video card and also suggested Lester to boot into windows safe mode to bypass windows dirvers, and if systems boots then a system reconfigure will be needed or update the system to Windows 7 in a few weeks when Windows 7 is released. Also I paid for shipment for Lester and I never recieved any emails from Lester stating he had bootup problems. For tech support I also suggest SysteMax tech support line that will assist him with system problems. Also Lester can try to create a bootable cd and try to bootup off the bootable cd and that will also enable the system to bootup. Many different things to try; but again when the system was shipped it was 100% in perfect working condtion. If the CMOS setup bios were changed or modified that could cause a system to not boot up. NO CMOS changes should be altered. This are my suggestions for Lester to try.
10/9/2009 13:54 PDT - Buyer: Enter message Sorry mike I emailed you Wednesday and Thursday telling you it would not boot up. Only the exhaust fan turns, light [red light on front lower panel] shows but no action from the Hard Drive.... I can not go to safe mode or any other mode as it WILL NOT BOOT UP. You sent me something that does not work. Les, K2TGW
10/9/2009 13:36 PDT - Seller: Also I never recieved any emails from Lester Ostrick, otherewise I would of responded with the instructions as I just posted here on paypal.Suggest Lester review all connection cables, video and boot within safe mode and go from there. DO NOT change any CMOS setups as this can and will corrupt any motherboard paramters and configurations !
10/9/2009 13:33 PDT - Seller: If the computer boots within safe mode then a possible windows driver update/reinstall will be needed. The correct video board to be used is the lowest card in the i/o slots....DO NOT USE THE VIDEO output on motherboard. The video card alone when purchased with system sold for $149.Also SysteMAX offers full tech support for this system.
The long of the short is...Lester did cancel this claim, and since it would appear that Lester connected his monitor in the WRONG VIDEO CARD SLOT, he never re-posted that he was in fact the one in error here on qth.com.
I bent over backwords to help this fellow out, and with the purchase price of $155 shipped...he got a hell of a deal with a new kybrd and mouse. Like it was stated, the video card alone was worth $149.
I would hope Mr.Ostrick -re-posts his feedback here on qth.com and state that in fact the computer was as stated in the ad, and that is was HIS error and not me selling junk equipment.
Funny how some people always point the finger at the other guy, when many times they need to look into the mirror and do a self evaluation on themselves.
I take great pride and very personal about a person who posts feedback on an item that was not as stated.
K2TGW should review all facts before making a poor statment on qth.com !
Anyone who has had any dealings with me knows what I sell, what condtion it is in and how it is being represented.
I would hope Mr. Ostrick K2TGW would re-post to correct his error.

Thank you
Mike
