lenny and i just swapped $22,000 worth of current value equipment. we have never done business before. this is a lesson to all, how to structure an internet deal that has a spectacular outcome.
i liked lenny from the start because he conducted himself the way a deal should come together. he asked lots of questions and was not offended when i asked the same. how will you ship, how will you pack, i want it packed this way and the plastic bags covering that! what if there is a claim, send me pictures, send me tracking numbers, let me know when you drop the items at fed ex. all of this was followed by multi phone calls and emails daily. there were times when we spoke with each other 4 or 5 times daily until this deal came together. we left no stone unturned and no question left unanswered. lenny is a gentleman and as honest as they come. lenny, thanks for a great transaction.
