Well Mike, if your written & documented past had not followed you and several others who have had nothing but trouble with you and had nothing to gain by talking to me, had not come forward and talked to me on the phone, things might have been different.
I am not interested in playing the game that you have played with several others in the past. Your reputation now precedes you and that being confirmed by me was the reason for my position. You arroused my suspicion when you rudely hung up the phone on me last sunday. Being ill is no reason to slam the phone down. Had that not happened, I probably would not know all I now do about you. Maybe someday you will grow up and learn how to treat people. Consider this case closed.

BASED ON THE RESEARCH I DID, HERE IS WHAT FORMED MY OPINION AFTER I WAS TOLD TO STAND DOWN AND THEN WAS HUNG UP ON BY MIKE:
INCIDENT #1 EXPERIENCED BY K3JSN:
Over the past month I have been lied to, and otherwise misled into thinking I had sold an item to Mr. Shaer, VE2XB. Since he was in Canada he had Mr. Stetson, KD1R handling the sale, monies, and shipping to avoid Duty costs going into Canada. Each week Mr Shaer would email me and tell me Mr. Stetson was a good guy and he would get the money sent to me. Each week I again would answer, Ok, no problem, I will wait until the end of the week. Of course, the money never came, but the promises were there anytime I would email and ask about the payment. So since I didn’t ship in advance, Thank God, I am not out anything other than the sale to the other buyers that wanted my gear several weeks ago.
So I warn you all, do not get caught in their little play time, by agreeing to do business with either of these guys.

Yes had communication with KD1R, via email and the last week via telephone. The telephone call took place shortly after noon on Saturday. He said since the post office closed at noon he could not get payment in the mail until Monday, but he had the envelope made out, and money order will be bought on Monday morning, I will have it in hand by Wednesday. I waited until Saturday, no payment, I decided to end this little game and repost my item for sale. No further contact from either individual has been received.

Don't you feel it would have been fair to ve2xb Mike if you had also copied his response as it was all over a $23.00 speaker that as i read it was being handled by another ham.Not taking sides but out of 2 and a half pages yours and K3JSN were the only two that had a problem. I would hardly call that a bad reputation. But being as i will probably never deal with either of you i wish you both a better tomorrow.

Just to clear the air Mike, you agreed to buy my Icom PW-1 amplifier. I then advised 2 other guys the unit was sold. The next day you emailed me to say your uncle was getting you an amp for your birthday and I should stand down. Then I called you and you were short with me and hung up. You caused me the possibility of a sale on this unit by your actions. You have done this to others before. THIS IS MY LAST POST ON THIS MIKE. GET OVER IT.

No need to get sharp with me Ralph as i was only trying to make heads or tails over your accusations against Mike VE2XB and his so called bad reputation, and it was a $23.00 speaker that K3JSN was angry over as i was not talking about your PW1. But i suspect most will not take your bad reputation charge against Mike too serious as like i said only you and K3JSN have a complaint out of 2 1/2 pages of good reports.
