First let me confirm the honesty and integrity of Bill!! I purchased first a 220mHz amplifier from Bill within the last several weeks. The unit was as described and functions flawlessly!! However, of all the buying, selling and trading I have never had anyone to ship an item "BEFORE" receiving payment, but Bill did just that!! The next transaction with Bill ended in tragedy!!! Two separate shipments of a 2mtr amplifier nearly damaged the unit almost beyond repair!!! Bill refunded my previous payment to him for this amp. Shipper: FedEx Home Delivery.
